The Lender orders the appraisal, verifies documents, and finalizes your loan. You'll receive your Loan Estimate and disclosure documents during this phase.
Underwriting
The Underwriter reviews all documents to ensure your loan meets all guidelines. They may request additional documents or clarifications.
Receive your Clear to Close
Once underwriting is complete and all items are approved, you receive your Clear to Close. This means you are officially ready for closing day.
Final Walkthrough
