Offer Review/ Negotiation
Once offers come in, I'll explain each one, negotiate on your behalf, and help you choose the strongest offer.
Under Contract
I manage all deadlines to help ensure a smooth transaction.
Closing Day
I'll guide you through the final paperwork and celebrate as you officially hand over the keys.
